Automatically archiving selected objects

1. Open the Workplace Shell Extensions Settings Notebook to the DM/2 Archive page.
2. Select the Enable object archiving checkbox.
3. Select the Allow archiving options overrides checkbox.
4. Move to the Options sub-tab.
5. Select the Never save radio button.
6. Select the Never refresh radio button.
7. Close the Workplace Shell Extensions Settings Notebook.
8. Open the settings notebook for the object you wish to archive.
9. Clear the Inherit options from parent checkbox.
10. Select the remaining checkboxes and radio buttons on both pages for the behavior you prefer.
11. Close the settings notebook.
